INGREDIENTS
White rice
Salted beef
Smoked salmon
Red and green habanero peppers
Tomatoes
Onions
Vegetable cooking oil
Curry Powder
Bouillon cube
Salt to taste
Water
DIRECTIONS
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and salted beef. Sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped red and green peppers. Stir and let it cook down.
Add chopped fresh tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add smoked salmon (or any smoked fish you prefer)
Season with curry powder and a seasoning cube. Stir well.
Add your rice, then pour in enough water to cook it.
Add salt to taste.
Cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and flavorful.
Serve hot and enjoy every spoonful.
